The Flood Advisory will expire at 515 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of northeast South Carolina, including the following areas, Darlington, Dillon and Florence. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
