After Springville approved a tax-sharing agreement for a 31-acre Clyde Companies development on the Provo-Springville border, amendments approved by the Provo City Council on Tuesday are prompting Springville officials to review the deal. 89 and 1400 North in Springville would have all the residential space in Provo and most of the retail and office space in Springville.
