Widely scattered shower and storms brought heavy downpours and street flooding to portions of Southeast Texas Sunday, and we'll see a few more pop-ups across the region Monday on Labor Day. Any showers or storms that developed Sunday afternoon or evening will fizzle out as the sun sets.
