The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority and The Michaels Organization, a New Jersey real estate firm, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday for the 121-unit Gholson Landing. The housing authority and Michaels teamed up to develop the $32 million project for low-income tenants, located along North 28th Street between Charleston Boulevard and Stewart Avenue.
