Buildings are expected to reopen Tuesday, August 25. (WSAZ) – Due to a waterline break in the vicinity of the Kanawha County Courthouse, Kanawha County Judicial Building, and Kanawha County Justice and Public Safety Complex, all three buildings closed to the public at 1 p.m.
