The 42-story Guitar Hotel, which topped out this spring, is now largely enclosed in blue-tinted glass, while exterior sheathing covers the lower portion of the tower. Construction continues at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, the Strip’s largest and most-visible resort project.
