Topeka gas prices on Monday ranged from $3.63 to $3.99 a gallon. According to the American Automobile Association, Monday’s average price for a gallon of unleaded gas was $4.09 — up three cents from $4.06 a week ago; down one cent from $4.10 a month ago; and up 94 cents over $3.15 a year ago.
