McManus will assist the Pearl in a “consulting role,” Silver Ventures and Pearl said in a statement Friday. “Out of that discussion, both parties mutually agreed on that path and are thrilled to be working together.” In a separate statement, McManus said he is “grateful for the opportunity to continue working with Pearl in a consulting capacity.”.
