A former Bowie, Maryland, police sergeant was sentenced to 30 years in prison for a September 2024 shooting along Collington Road. Robert Warrington, 37, will serve all but 18 months of that sentence on home detention, followed by five years of supervised probation, Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson said.
