Aspen delays decision on moving general election

According to a staff report, in order to place a Charter Amendment before the voters in November, one or more of such ordinances must be adopted by council at the second reading. Council may consider placing the items on the ballot in March 2027, or at any other subsequent election, if they choose at a later time.
