Appeals court clarifies what Oklahoma teachers can and can't say in the classroom

A federal appeals court ruled this week the state can enforce Oklahoma's controversial so-called anti-critical race theory law while an ongoing lawsuit over it plays out—but the ruling also gave teachers clarity they had been asking for about what they can and cannot teach.
