A powerful nor'easter is expected to bring several days of hazardous weather to the New York metropolitan area, with strong winds, heavy rain, coastal flooding and beach erosion continuing through the weekend and into Monday. Impacts have already begun with gusty winds, coastal flooding and erosion along area beaches, particularly on the Jersey Shore.
