Philadelphia police say they found the victim, identified as 33-year-old Karl Kirschner from Pottstown, Pennsylvania, unresponsive at the intersection of Callowhill and 2nd streets, still wearing his motorcycle helmet. After searching the area for his motorcycle, Pennsylvania State Police located it on the right shoulder of the elevated ramp from I-95 south to I-676 west.
