(KELO) — A state lawmaker will head to a jury trial to face felony forgery charges. Tom Pischke, a Republican Senator for District 25, appeared at the Minnehaha County Courthouse for an arraignment hearing Tuesday morning, where his attorney entered a not guilty plea.
