Your Privacy Choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: August 2026
Listing.Press is a United States-based independent public information, aggregation, and local information platform.
This page explains privacy choices that may be available to users under applicable United States state privacy laws, including choices concerning the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, certain advertising technologies, and other forms of data processing.
The rights available to you depend on your state of residence, the processing activity involved, and whether the relevant privacy law applies to Listing.Press.
This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Our Approach to Personal Information
Listing.Press does not sell personal information for monetary payment in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.”
However, certain United States privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar activities more broadly.
For example, certain advertising or analytics technologies may involve disclosure of identifiers or activity information to third parties in circumstances that may constitute regulated “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under applicable state law.
For that reason, eligible users may have rights to opt out of certain processing even where Listing.Press does not directly sell a database of user information for money.
2. Advertising Technologies
Listing.Press may use third-party advertising and analytics technologies, including services such as Google AdSense and Google Analytics.
Depending on configuration, consent choices, geographic location, and applicable law, these technologies may process information such as:
- IP address
- Cookie identifiers
- Advertising identifiers
- Browser information
- Device information
- Approximate geographic information
- Pages viewed
- Advertisement interactions
- Referral information
- Website activity information
Some of this processing may be used for advertising measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, frequency control, personalized advertising, or targeted advertising.
3. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request that Listing.Press:
- Stop selling certain personal information
- Stop sharing certain personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Stop processing certain personal information for targeted advertising
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable
- Provide access to certain personal information
- Delete certain personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Provide a portable copy of certain personal information
Not every right applies in every state or to every user.
4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Eligible users may request to opt out of processing that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law.
For California residents, “sharing” may include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Submitting an opt-out request does not necessarily disable every third-party service operating on Listing.Press.
Certain processing may remain permitted where required or allowed by applicable law, including processing necessary for:
- Website security
- Fraud prevention
- Providing requested services
- Technical website operation
- Legal compliance
- Other permitted business purposes
5. Targeted Advertising
Residents of certain U.S. states may have the right to opt out of processing of personal information for targeted advertising.
Where applicable, an opt-out may affect certain advertising technologies used to select advertisements based on activity across different websites, applications, or services.
You may still see advertisements after opting out.
Those advertisements may be non-personalized, contextual, limited, or otherwise selected without covered targeted-advertising processing.
6. Cookie and Advertising Preferences
Where Listing.Press provides an on-site privacy or consent-management interface, users may use that interface to manage available choices concerning:
- Advertising cookies
- Analytics technologies
- Personalized advertising
- Advertising measurement
- Other optional technologies
Available controls may differ according to geographic location and applicable law.
For additional information regarding cookies and similar technologies, review our Cookie Policy.
7. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser-based privacy preference signal that allows users to communicate certain opt-out preferences automatically.
Where applicable law requires Listing.Press to recognize a valid GPC or other legally recognized universal opt-out preference signal, we intend to process the signal as required by applicable law.
A recognized signal may apply to activities such as:
- Sale of personal information
- Sharing of personal information
- Targeted advertising
The effect of a GPC signal may depend on:
- Your state of residence
- The browser or extension you use
- The device being used
- The processing activity involved
- Applicable legal requirements
Privacy preference signals generally operate on the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
8. California Privacy Choices
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), where those laws apply.
Eligible California residents may have rights including:
- The right to know about certain personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared
- The right to access certain personal information
- The right to request deletion of certain personal information
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information
- The right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights
Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a representation that Listing.Press necessarily meets every statutory threshold for application of the CCPA/CPRA.
Where the law applies, Listing.Press intends to process eligible requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
9. Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Privacy laws in a number of U.S. states provide eligible residents with rights concerning personal data.
Depending on the applicable law, these rights may include:
- Access
- Deletion
- Correction
- Data portability
- Opt-out of targeted advertising
- Opt-out of certain sales of personal data
- Opt-out of certain profiling activities
- Use of universal opt-out mechanisms
- Appeal of certain denied privacy requests
Rights vary between states and may be subject to exceptions, statutory thresholds, verification requirements, and other limitations.
10. Access Requests
Where applicable law provides such a right, you may request information concerning personal information Listing.Press maintains about you.
The information available in response to a request may depend on:
- The nature of the information
- How you interacted with Listing.Press
- Whether we can reasonably identify the relevant information
- Applicable legal exceptions
- Identity-verification requirements
11. Deletion Requests
Eligible users may request deletion of certain personal information where applicable law provides such a right.
Listing.Press may retain information where legally permitted or necessary for purposes such as:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Exercise or defense of legal claims
- Completion of requested services
- Dispute resolution
- Other purposes permitted by applicable law
A privacy deletion request relating to personal information is not automatically the same as a request to remove lawful public-interest editorial content.
12. Correction Requests
Where applicable law provides such a right, users may request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by Listing.Press.
Requests concerning factual errors in published articles or public-information content may also be reviewed under our Corrections Policy.
13. Publicly Available Information
Listing.Press operates as a public information and aggregation platform and may process information obtained from publicly accessible sources.
Certain privacy laws treat qualifying publicly available information differently from other personal information.
The existence of a privacy request therefore does not necessarily require removal of information lawfully obtained from public records, government sources, public announcements, public reporting, or other legally recognized public sources.
Requests concerning publicly available information may be evaluated according to applicable law, public interest, editorial relevance, accuracy, privacy, and safety considerations.
14. Sensitive Personal Information
Listing.Press does not generally request highly sensitive personal information through ordinary public-facing forms.
Where applicable law provides a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, eligible users may submit such a request.
Sensitive personal information may include categories defined by applicable law, such as:
- Government identification numbers
- Financial account credentials
- Precise geolocation
- Certain biometric information
- Certain health information
- Other information specifically classified as sensitive under applicable law
15. Exercising Your Privacy Rights
To submit a privacy request, please contact:
Listing.Press Privacy Requests
Suggested email subject: Listing.Press Privacy Request
Please clearly identify the type of request you are making.
For example:
- Do Not Sell or Share Request
- Targeted Advertising Opt-Out
- Access Request
- Deletion Request
- Correction Request
- Sensitive Information Request
- Privacy Rights Appeal
16. Information to Include
Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to understand and process your request.
Depending on the request, useful information may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The nature of your request
- The Listing.Press URL concerned, if applicable
- A description of the information concerned
- Your state of residence where relevant to determining applicable rights
Please do not send passwords, financial credentials, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
17. Identity Verification
Certain privacy requests may require reasonable identity verification where permitted or required by applicable law.
Verification may help prevent unauthorized persons from accessing, deleting, or modifying another individual’s personal information.
The information requested for verification will depend on the nature and sensitivity of the request.
Listing.Press will not request more verification information than reasonably necessary for the applicable request.
18. Opt-Out Requests and Verification
Opt-out requests concerning sale, sharing, or targeted advertising may be handled differently from requests to access, delete, or correct personal information.
Where applicable law does not permit or require full identity verification for an opt-out request, Listing.Press will not require unnecessary verification as a condition of exercising that right.
19. Authorized Agents
Where applicable law permits it, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request on behalf of another person.
Listing.Press may request information reasonably necessary to verify:
- The identity of the consumer
- The authority of the agent
- The scope of the authorization
Verification requirements will depend on applicable law and the type of request.
20. Response Timing
Listing.Press aims to process valid privacy requests within the time periods required by applicable law.
Response periods differ depending on:
- The applicable state law
- The type of request
- Verification requirements
- The complexity of the request
Where permitted, additional time may be used for complex requests and the requester may be informed as required by law.
21. Appeals
Certain U.S. state privacy laws provide consumers with a right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
Where applicable, you may submit an appeal to:
Privacy Rights Appeals
Suggested email subject: Listing.Press Privacy Rights Appeal
Please identify the original request and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
22. Non-Discrimination
Listing.Press will not unlawfully discriminate against an eligible user because that user exercised a privacy right provided by applicable law.
Exercise of a privacy right should not result in unlawful:
- Denial of services
- Discriminatory pricing
- Retaliation
- Other treatment prohibited by applicable privacy law
23. Third-Party Advertising Providers
Listing.Press may use independent third-party advertising providers.
These providers may maintain their own privacy controls, advertising settings, opt-out systems, or account-level settings.
Submitting a request directly to Listing.Press may not automatically change privacy preferences associated with a separate account you maintain directly with a third-party provider.
Users may also wish to review the privacy and advertising controls provided directly by those services.
24. Google Advertising
Listing.Press may use Google advertising technologies, including Google AdSense.
Google may provide independent controls that allow users to manage certain advertising preferences.
Google’s data practices and privacy controls are governed by Google’s own policies and systems.
For additional information regarding advertising technologies used through Listing.Press, review our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
25. Opting Out Does Not Mean No Advertising
An opt-out of covered targeted advertising, sale, or sharing does not necessarily mean that advertisements will disappear from Listing.Press.
Users who opt out may continue to receive:
- Contextual advertisements
- Non-personalized advertisements
- Geographically relevant advertisements where legally permitted
- Advertisements based on the content of the page being viewed
26. Browser and Device Differences
Privacy preferences may need to be configured separately on different browsers or devices.
For example, if a privacy preference is stored through a cookie and you:
- Delete your cookies
- Use another browser
- Use another device
- Use private browsing
the preference may not automatically transfer to the new browser or device.
A browser-based universal opt-out mechanism such as GPC may operate differently depending on its implementation.
27. Children
Listing.Press is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not intend to knowingly sell or share the personal information of children in violation of applicable law.
Parents or guardians with privacy concerns involving a child may contact: media@2-bees.com.
28. Requests Involving Published Content
Privacy rights requests concerning information contained in published Listing.Press content may involve additional considerations.
Depending on the circumstances, Listing.Press may consider:
- Applicable privacy law
- First Amendment considerations
- Public-interest considerations
- Public-record status
- Accuracy
- Safety
- Editorial relevance
- Legal obligations
A request to delete personal information from internal business records is therefore not necessarily equivalent to a request to remove independently published public-interest information.
29. Requests Involving Community Submissions
If you previously submitted information directly to Listing.Press and wish to raise a privacy concern regarding that submission, please identify the relevant submission or URL.
Listing.Press may evaluate whether information should be:
- Corrected
- Updated
- Redacted
- Restricted
- Removed
- Retained where legally permitted
30. Legal Exceptions
Privacy rights are not absolute.
Applicable laws may permit or require Listing.Press to retain or process information for purposes including:
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Detection and prevention of security incidents
- Fraud prevention
- Exercise or defense of legal claims
- Completion of requested transactions
- Internal uses permitted by law
- Public-interest or other legally protected activities
31. Changes to Privacy Technologies
Listing.Press may add, remove, replace, or reconfigure advertising, analytics, consent-management, or privacy technologies over time.
As a result, the precise privacy controls available through the Service may change.
This page may be updated when material changes occur.
