Listing.Press does not guarantee that User Content has been independently verified.

9. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

If you submit User Content to Listing.Press, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the material
  • Your submission does not knowingly contain materially false or misleading information
  • Your submission does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Your submission does not contain unlawful threats or unlawful harassment
  • Your submission does not contain malicious software or harmful code
  • You have obtained any permissions reasonably required for material you provide
  • You are not impersonating another person or organization

You remain responsible for User Content that you submit.

10. License for User Content

You retain any ownership rights you may have in User Content that you submit.

By submitting User Content for publication, you grant Listing.Press a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for presentation, display, distribute, publish, and make technically necessary modifications to that User Content for purposes related to operating, promoting, distributing, and maintaining the Service.

This license includes the ability to resize images, format text, create previews, display excerpts, distribute publications through social or syndication channels, and maintain archived copies where reasonably necessary.

You should not submit content if you do not have authority to grant the rights reasonably necessary for Listing.Press to publish it.

11. Removal of User Content

Listing.Press reserves the right, but does not assume a general obligation, to review, moderate, restrict, reject, edit, or remove User Content.

Content may be removed or restricted for reasons including:

  • Suspected copyright infringement
  • Privacy concerns

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Listing.Press to:

Listing.Press may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, sources, infrastructure, or third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

The Listing.Press name, branding, site design, original graphics, original software, original written material, databases created by Listing.Press, and other original elements of the Service may be protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, photographs, articles, documents, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Listing.Press intellectual property to users.

14. Copyright Complaints and the DMCA

Listing.Press respects copyright and other intellectual property rights.

A copyright owner or authorized representative who believes that material available through Listing.Press infringes a copyright may submit a copyright complaint through our Legal Contact page.

A copyright complaint should identify, where applicable:

  • The copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The Listing.Press URL containing the allegedly infringing material
  • Sufficient information to identify the disputed material
  • Contact information for the complaining party
  • A statement explaining the basis of the copyright claim
  • Any additional information required by applicable United States copyright law

Where applicable, notices intended to qualify as formal notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) should comply with the requirements of applicable United States law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Listing.Press may remove or restrict access to material where appropriate after receiving a sufficiently supported copyright complaint.

Submitting a knowingly false copyright complaint may have legal consequences.

Listing.Press does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:

  • Their availability
  • Their security
  • Their privacy practices
  • Their advertising
  • Their terms and policies
  • Changes made after Listing.Press links to them

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Users access third-party services at their own discretion and subject to the terms of those services.

16. Advertising, Sponsored Content and Promotions

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTING.PRESS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

Listing.Press does not warrant that:

  • Every publication will be error-free
  • Every external source will remain available
  • Every community submission will be accurate
  • The Service will operate without interruption
  • Automated systems will always classify or summarize information correctly
  • Information will remain current indefinitely

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.

22. Limitation of Liability
