Ukrainian forces have repeatedly targeted Russian oil facilities causing long queues for fuel across the country. On Wednesday, industry sources told Reuters that at least 60,000 metric tonnes of petrol had been dispatched from India to Russia and that two oil tankers, with loads of 30,000 to 40,000 tonnes each, had been sent.
