Cooper Landing EMS reports that at 12:49 p.m., they were dispatched to mile 43.5 of the Seward Highway. LifeMed and Guardian transported the two “critical patients.” A Cooper Landing EMS member confirmed two people were hospitalized, but only one was a pedestrian.
