A 26-year-old Las Vegas man is in custody in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a skateboarder last month in the northwest Las Vegas Valley. Elijah Malone was arrested Thursday and being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a felony count of duty to stop at the scene of an accident, according to a Metropolitan Police Department release and Las Vegas Justice Court records.
