Before the tall ships parade, Blue Angels soar and 85,000 fireworks light up the sky, NYPD's Harbor Unit is working around the clock to secure New York's waterways. The East River will host a parade of 15 international Class B tall ships on Friday from the Hell Gate Bridge to South Street Seaport.
