(WCBD) – Attorneys for Alex Murdaugh are seeking additional forensic testing and expanded access to case materials as they prepare for his upcoming retrial. Murdaugh’s defense team filed motions ahead of his first court appearance since the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled in May that he was entitled to a new trial.
