Prosecutors have secured multiple felony charges, including First Degree Murder, against John Wallace-Bey for a shooting that killed one victim and critically wounded another, Attorney General Kathy Jennings announced Monday. On the evening of June 16, Bey was arrested in Pennsylvania, where he remains in custody pending extradition.
