(WOODLAND PARK, Colo.) — A Woodland Park High School graduate was recently named the recipient of a national scholarship for a mural she made out of plastic bottle caps. 18-year-old Sonia Kettler has been a Girl Scout for 12 years now, and the award comes as part of her Gold Award project.
