Nevada will have its fewest ballot measures since 2012 after citizen initiatives fail to qualify

Two initiatives up for consideration represents Nevada’s lowest ballot count since 2012, when just one measure appeared. The state’s all-time average is 4.2 measures per even-numbered year.
