STATE OF HAWAIʻI KA MOKU ʻĀINA O HAWAIʻI JOSH GREEN, M.D. The operating budget provides $10.42 billion in general funds for fiscal year 2026 and $10.63 billion for fiscal year 2027, representing total expenditures of $19.77 billion and $20.31 billion across all means of financing, for each fiscal year.
